About Me

Hi, I’m Simone, founder of Dreamboat Studio — a creative space inspired by my love of flowers, art, craft, and nature.

I create handcrafted crepe paper flowers and bouquets using the finest quality papers, inspired by seasonal botanicals and thoughtful design. From individual stems to bespoke arrangements, each piece is carefully made by hand to celebrate the beauty of nature in a lasting form. Alongside creating beautiful crepe paper flowers, I run relaxed creative workshops for adults and a fun Tuesday after-school craft club , where children can also enjoy making, experimenting, and building confidence through creativity.

I graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in History of Design before training as a primary school teacher, specialising in Art. Throughout my career, I’ve combined my passion for art, creativity, and teaching — and Dreamboat Studio brings all of those things together.

Through creating handcrafted flowers, running workshops, and other creative events such as the Crafty Tuesday After School Club, I love sharing the joy of making something beautiful by hand.
